YOUNG ACTIVIST READING ROOM

Small Stories of BIG Change

October 9, 2021 - May 1, 2022 | VANCOUVER ART GALLERY

Curated in connection with the exhibit Yoko Ono: Growing Freedom this reading room connects children, families, and students of all ages with stories of small moments that lead to big change. Here you will find literary selections reflecting global and local peace activism, environmental stewardship, family, and relationships: with ourselves, each other, and the elements of nature. These titles reflect and are inspired by real people, events, and experiences.
